In Waco, Texas, Matt and Tiffany Fatheree (The Findery) introduced The Butcher’s Cellar in Woodway; Alejandro Najar and Alyssa Osinga serve as chefs. 

In Louisville, a boutique hotel and Taiwanese-American restaurant are moving into the Eidertown building in Germantown. Gary Palm has joined The Brown Hotel as executive chef.
