Ryan Bailey’s culinary career began in high school in Sonoma County’s best restaurants. From there he attended the CIA in St. Helena and eventually joined the team at NoMad New York, where he served as head sommelier for more than four years. Today he’s happy to be back in his home state as wine director of NoMad Los Angeles, but he still misses his favorite corner spot to grab a slice.
