Combine gin, chartreuse, St. Germain, lime juice, lime syrup, celery juice, citrus salt, verjus and celery bitters in a cocktail shaker, shake and strain on fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a celery stick and lime wheel.
Notes
Note
To make lime syrup, combine 4 quarts white sugar with 4 quarts water in a pot, add zest from 20 limes and bring to a low boil. Cool and then strain.
