Ouita Michel, on Her Droolworthy Italian Vacation

Ouita Michel, chef-owner of Holly Hill Inn in Midway, Ky., enjoyed a menu revival on her recent trip through Italy. Between exploring Roman ruins, hiking Pompeii and marveling at the Sistine Chapel, Michel devoured delicacies from Roman red rice to Trasteverian fried artichokes, and fell in love with Italian-style coursing, just in time for her summer "Roman Holiday" menu.
