Chris Pandel and Mourad Lahlou Share the Love at Their Collaborative Dinner

At his San Francisco restaurant, Aziza, Chef/Owner Mourad Lahlou defies many of the (sometimes tired) perceptions of Moroccan cuisine, and continues that mission in his cookbook, Mourad: New Moroccan. He recently joined Chris Pandel, executive chef at Chicago's The Bristol, for a collaboration between the two kitchens.
