Finding Beervana

As a brewer who is based in Chicago but travels all over the country meeting chefs and selling beer, I see a lot of cities. These days, Chicago is my wife, New York is my mistress, but I've got the hots for Portland, Ore. Portland bills itself at Beervana; Nirvana for the beer-drinking crowd. With all of the local breweries and the highest share of the local market in the country, it's hard to disagree....
