Move over seafood towers, there’s a new way to use lobster tails to wow your diners. At Nashville’s 1930s Coney Island-inspired cocktail bar Tiger Bar, the Lobster Boy Martini shares the cocktail menu with classic grasshoppers, a house gibson, and Insta-worthy circus-themed concoctions, like a cotton candy-topped negroni.
