The Aviary's Chawanmushi is Inspired by Breakfast

For the second location of The Aviary cocktail bar, the Chicago bartenders and chefs headed to New York City, where they opened the bar in the Mandarin Oriental hotel in September. The hotel setting means that the Aviary will be open for breakfast, a new challenge for the team.
