Chefs Turn to Bento Boxes to Get Creative with Their Takeout

At 610 Magnolia in Louisville, the bento boxes aren’t carried out, but enjoyed onsite in the restaurant’s event space. Chef/Owner Edward Lee serves three-course bento box dinners for private groups of six to 12, with offerings like lobster paratha, koji-aged beef rib-eye, flounder sashimi, and egg custard tarts with blackberries, served in lovely red and black lacquered boxes worth sitting down for.
