Breakfast Across Turkey Shows the Country’s Regionality

American breakfasts are becoming more diverse—sometimes even borrowing flavors from the Middle East—but they have nothing on the morning meal in Istanbul, whose dining scene has long included breakfast-focused restaurants and cafés.
