Avocado Gets a Serious Upgrade

I'm used to seeing avocado toast all over Instagram and brunch menus, and for the record, I love that stuff. But while at brunch yesterday at Palm Spring's Workshop Kitchen + Bar, the avocado game was seriously upped.
