The Fish House Punch Redux at Silver Lyan

Among the classic cocktails, few are older than Fish House Punch. First concocted in the early 18th century at a gentlemen’s fishing club in Philadelphia called the Schuylkill Fishing Company of Pennsylvania, it was traditionally made in a bowl so large it did double duty as a baptismal font for infants.
