As if Christopher Bates wasn’t busy enough with F.L.X. Table and F.L.X. Wienery in the Finger Lakes, N.Y., the chef/master sommelier is also a winemaker, brewer and instructor, and between it all has found time for his latest venture, F.L.X. Culture House, where he’ll do beer brewing and bottling.
