If all the world’s a stage, then naiveté is a major player at Alex Chang’s Vagabond. He credits youthful ambition for the success of the underground supper club he ran from his L.A. apartment in college—“the most prime example of being stupid and going for it” and now, at Vagabond, for the plates he hopes slightly challenge his Miami clientele.
