A Mental Health Check-in for Restaurant Owners, Managers, and the Industry

Exhausted, struggling, scared, discouraging, defeating, demoralized, tough, frustrated, Sisyphean. These are some of the words that piled up in comments on a chef’s recent Facebook post about a cook who, only two and a half weeks into a new job, quit work mid-shift.
