Men & Beasts is a modern Chinese restaurant and tea lounge due in Echo Park next month, from husband-wife duo Alex Falco and Minty Zhu. Dani García expands New York City’s lauded Spanish restaurant Casa Dani to Westfield Century City in June. Pi LA brings pan pizza to Silver Lake June 14.

In the Bay Area, Sophia Akbar and Paul Iglesias brought on David Kwon as beverage director of Jaji and Parche. June 11 marks the end of a 32-year run for One Market Restaurant.

In Denver, Mendocino Farms planted its first Colorado location in Cherry Creek. Pancho Poncho is no more. 

In Phoenix, Arizona Wilderness Brewing Co. opened its third location on the Miracle Mile. 

In Salt Lake City, Cosmica is a new Italian diner in Central 9th.

In Montana, Double K Ranch opened its own deli in downtown Missoula.
