In Los Angeles, Orion and Ôde by Jônt arrive at the SLS Beverly Hills this summer, courtesy of Ian Scaramuzza. The Regent Santa Monica Beach hotel is taking shape, along with Orla from Michael Mina and Sweet July from Ayesha Curry. Joshua Skenes (Angler) returns to Los Angeles later this month with wood-fired Leopardo in the La Brea Bakery building.
