In Chicago, Paul Virant named Spencer Blake (Clever Rabbit) as executive chef of Vistro Prime. Robert Maleski is relocating Milly’s Pizza in the Pan to Noble Square. My Pie shutters its last pizzeria in June. Stephanie Izard plans a burger concept, Lucky Goat, for Joliet and Aurora locations of Hollywood Casino.
In the Twin Cities, Oklahoma City steakhouse Stock & Bond is opening at the Westin Hotel Minneapolis. North Loop Galley food hall calls it quits May 10.
In Grand Rapids, Allora served up coastal Italian cuisine downtown, with Luke VerHulst as executive chef.
In Cleveland, the Fidelity Hotel tapped Daniel Young as executive chef of the property and its signature restaurant, Club Room.
In Cincinnati, Zapata Cantina closed in Covington.
