At Brooklyn's Clover Hill, Charlie Mitchell's Dishes Are a Dynamic Work in Progress

Last year, Charlie Mitchell was serving grilled cheese sandwiches. Granted, the chef studded the French-style croques fromage with truffles, but Mitchell’s casual menu at Clover Hill in Brooklyn did not exactly reflect his ambition. 

“I only got into this so I can achieve three Michelin stars,” says Mitchell.
