I have always loved desserts, pastries, and the smell and flavor of baked goods; they are what brought me into cooking in the first place. I grew up in Thailand, Singapore, and Hong Kong. We had European and British chocolates, so I grew up eating milk chocolate and Malteasers, my favorites.
