Liz Grossman is the editor of Plate, and has been a Chicago-based writer, editor and storyteller for more than 20 years. She’s also the co-founder of Between Bites, a live-lit food storytelling series. Her own live stage experience includes reading from her middle school diary for the Netflix series, The Mortified Guides. A Wisconsin native, she’s got a soft spot for supper clubs and brandy old fashioneds.
