Are You Ready for Reviewers?

Like just about everyone in the food industry, I believe that reviewers should give a restaurant time before going in for a review: time to get the kitchen and waitstaff up to speed, to iron out kinks in both food and service, etc. And I’ve been pretty frank with my disdain for reviewers who go in early in yet another round of the “who wrote it first” game that plagues most blogs and local papers.
