Stephen Gillanders Takes Up Permanent Residence and More Chef News in Chicago

Stephen Gillanders has signed on to stay in Chicago when his stint as chef-in-residence at Intro ends and become the restaurant’s executive chef/partner. He’ll serve as facilitator of Intro’s visiting chef program, starting with Jessica Largey, whose tenure begins February 8.
