Butter and toast slice of rye.

Spread cheese on toast. Sprinkle on minced preserved lemon peel and capers so that they stick and don’t fall off.Layer on salmon, then lemon juice, oil, dill and green onions.

Cloumage cheese is made by Shy Brothers Farm; another fresh, tangy, spreadable cheese can be substituted.
