Pine nuts, toasted

Shallot

Garlic, minced

Parsley, fresh, bunches of, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped

Extra-virgin olive oil

Lemon, juice of
As needed

In a food processor, pulse pine nuts just until chopped, then set aside. Add shallot and garlic to food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Add parsley and oil and spin until smooth. Add pine nuts and pulse a few times just to incorporate. Season with lemon juice and salt; reserve until needed.
