Celery stalks, strings removed, cut into 3-by-1/2-inch sticks

Red shiso flakes

Toasted sesame oil

Toss celery, shiso flakes, sesame oil and soy sauce together in a small bowl to coat. Chill uncovered for 30 minutes to let flavors meld. Top with sesame seeds and serve.
