Carrot, thinly sliced

Mango or pomelo, sliced

Kaffir lime leaves, thinly sliced

Recipe:

Place rice in a large bowl and arrange each topping on top, except for lime and dressing. Dress with dressing and squeeze fresh lime juice over top. Serve composed or mix everything together before serving.
