Is there such a thing as Israeli cuisine?

In the restaurant, we usually don’t use the word ‘Israel,’ we say ‘Jerusalem,’ because when you say ‘Jerusalem’ you actually really know that you will get that mishmash of all the cultures in Israel. So there are things I can say are very ‘Jerusalem,’ even though they come from different cultures. But I know that it’s from everywhere in Jerusalem.
