José Mendin Finds a New Habitat and More Chef News Down South

In Miami, José Mendin (Pubbelly) debuted Habitat at the 1 Hotel South Beach; featuring contemporary Latin cuisine by Angel Palacios, the restaurant marks Mendin’s first venture under his new company, Food Comma Hospitality Group. Christina Tosi opens an outpost of Milk Bar inside the Hard Rock stadium next year.
