Industry Legends Reflect on the Business of Food at the Charleston Wine + Food Festival

Chefs and restaurateurs were out in full force for the 12^th Charleston Wine + Food Festival last week, but there was more than eating and drinking to the event. With a goal to add an industry-focused educational component to the festival, organizers rounded up a powerhouse panel to talk about the business of food and hospitality.
