Cauliflower Stands in for Chicken in this Vegan Take on a Sichuan Classic

Kung Pao chicken takes a vegan turn at General Deb’s in Brooklyn, where Chef/Owner Kevin Adey focuses on Sichuan cooking, but is unafraid to make a few tweaks.
