Atlanta’s Talat Market Heats Things Up in Advance of a Spring Restaurant

There’s a ton of buzz in the industry about Talat Market, the Atlanta pop-up featuring Chef/Owner Parnass Savang’s Georgia-meets-Thailand food. Savang and his team are ending the pop-ups while they prepare to open a brick-and-mortar restaurant in the spring, so we were lucky to get to Atlanta for one of the last of their Sunday night dinners at Gato restaurant.
