Eric LeVine

Chef Eric LeVine believes that food speaks a universal language, and to become a truly accomplished chef, one must be aware of the styles from other cultures. He expresses that idea on his menu at Mr Crabby’s Craft Kitchen + Bar in Randolph, N.J., where he is the executive chef. He is the 2011 “Chopped” champion, and the author of two cookbooks, Small Bites, Big Flavors and Stick It, Spoon It, Put It in a Glass. A cancer survivor, Chef Eric knows the importance of a support circle in fighting this life-threatening disease. He advocates for the American Cancer Society and has been recognized by them with their prestigious Heart and Soul Award.
