Salt

Place all ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer over low heat until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated, about 30 minutes. Season with salt to taste.

Note: 
Poha is the hawaiian name for cape gooseberry, also called golden berry, ground cherry, physalis. They are available from march to july. To use the berries, peel back their parchment-like husk and rinse.
Note:
