Dewan’s deathbed punch
Combine infused rum, milk, syrup and egg white in a cocktail shaker (without ice) and aggressively shake ingredients to emulsify. Unseal shaker, add a generous scoop of ice and shake again. Strain drink into a glass with fresh ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg or cinnamon.
