Toss mushrooms, garlic, salt, pepper, za’atar and cornmeal in a bowl with a little bit of grapeseed oil to very lightly coat mushrooms.

Bake mushrooms in a preheated 375-degree F oven until just browned and crispy around edges, about 12 minutes.

Immediately combine mushrooms with harissa, red wine vinegar and olive oil in a bowl, tossing until well coated.

Plate with blue cheese reduction and celery salad.
